Valley Forge Girls' Golf

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf, a developmental junior golf program for girls ages 7-17, was formed to create a network for girls to learn to play golf, build friendships and sample competition in a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Girls work with an LPGA or PGA instructor to learn the basics in rules, etiquette, full swing, short game and putting.

Every Monday night is a 9-hole, handicapped round of golf. Different course each week.
Points awarded based on scoring, attendence, behavior, and dress.

| | Starter@PlayaRoundGolf.net | "Beginner" Golf Class - Ladies! | February 6, 2012 | 6:15pm - 7:45pm | Our Beginner Golf School offers three classes, the first is aptly called "Beginner" Class. As the song goes it is..."a very good place to start." We utilize "SNAG: Starting New at Golf" equipment and methodologies to help students have fun while they learn solid fundamentals. Students learn proper technique of the four golf swings and proper grip, stance, and posture. All equipment is provided.
Classes are limited to 8 students. Each lesson is approximately 90 minutes and helps beginners or those who haven't swung a club in quite a while to get in the game. We like to think of this as our "Lets Begin" Class. | | starter@playaroundgolf.net | "Transitions" Class - Ladies! | February 7, 2012 | 6:15pm - 7:45pm | The second class in our series, "Transition" Class, teaches students to transition the confident swings they learned with the Beginner Class from SNAG (Starting New at Golf) to traditional golf equipment specifically from the Roller to the putter and from the Launcher to the 9-iron. We think of this as our "Let's make it Real" Class.
