| To Improve: Work on Your Body
Playing better golf is easier than it seems. Most golfers work on technique, and take lessons. They do not work on the most important piece of golf equipment, their bodies. If you are struggling to lower your scores, add distance, and really excel at golf, your body might be the issue. Here is an example from a customer of one of our friends (Body Balance):
"Last year when I started (at Body Balance), I had a few goals; more consistent ball striking, a lower handicap, 3 rounds in the 70’s, and some shoulder pains that I wanted to address. By the end of the season I had reduced my handicap from 8 to 6 and managed to shoot two rounds in the 70’s. I attribute my significant improvement to much better range of motion and consequently, much better balance." R.R.
Fixing your body along with your swing can help you lower your scores, hit the ball farther, and have more fun.
